Margie’s career in real estate spans 40 years and began in 1969 with the largest real estate development companies in the nation which were the Trammell Crow Company and Clint Murchison Companies in Dallas, Texas. She has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate development, finance, and mortgage lending. This extensive experience provides her the knowledge and ability to give outstanding service when assisting buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. She takes pride in her community, state and nation and has been honored to serve several appointments from the U.S. Small Business Administration in Washington, D.C. to serve as Advisory Council member for the 72 counties of Northeast Texas and was appointed Director for the Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training in Texas.
Her hobbies include caving, rock collecting and fly fishing. She has a premier interest in natural health and teaches wellness classes. She and her family live on a farm in the Timpson/Lake Murvaul area.
Memberships: Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Pineywoods Board of Realtors (currently serving as Sec/Treas and President-elect), Ambassador for Center Chamber of Commerce, Pilot Club International, Unity of Nacogdoches, ISSEEM, the Heart-Math Institute and A.R.E.
